- Cleanliness requirements: it must be ensured that no particles, especially no metal or other conductive particles enter the open headlamp housing or the LED lamp.

- It must be ensured that no greases, silicones or other mediums get in contact with parts of the opened headlamp or the LED lamp during handling these parts.
- Strictly avoid touching the electronic circuit boards with bare hands, since this can lead to a transfer of energy.
- Electro-static discharge protection: the requirements for DIN EN 613-40-5-1 must be guaranteed in any case.
- Dropped parts, assembly groups, electronics must not be reused.
