Selector Lever In "N" And Ignition Switched On

• The brake pedal is not pressed:

The selector lever is locked and cannot be moved out of "N" when the button is pressed. The shift lock solenoid blocks the selector lever.

• The brake pedal is pressed:

The shift lock solenoid releases the selector lever. It is possible to engage a driving mode.
