Lock Cylinder, Removing And Installing: Removing

NOTE:

The covers -4 and 6- illustrated here may have different shapes.

-- Remove the covers -4 and 6-.

-- Remove the bolt -5-.

-- Remove the bolt -7- all the way.

-- Push the bolt -7- in direction of -arrow a- so that the bracket -8- can release the lock cylinder.

-- Remove the door handle -2- from the door.

-- Remove the lock cylinder housing -1- from the mounting bracket -3- at a right angle in direction of -arrow b- to the door.
