Front Axle Differential Lock
- Removing. Refer to FRONT AXLE DIFFERENTIAL LOCK, REMOVING .
- Installing. Refer to FRONT AXLE DIFFERENTIAL LOCK, INSTALLING .
Seal
- Replace after removing
- For the flange shaft in front axle differential lock
- Replacing with front axle differential lock removed. Refer to RIGHT FLANGE SHAFT SEAL IN FRONT AXLE DIFFERENTIAL LOCK, REPLACING
Support Washer
- No replacement part
Seal
- Replace after removing
- Between the front axle differential lock and manual transmission
- Replacing with front axle differential lock removed. Refer to SEAL BETWEEN FRONT AXLE DIFFERENTIAL LOCK AND MANUAL TRANSMISSION, REPLACING ON FRONT AXLE DIFFERENTIAL LOCK
Bolts
- 9 Nm
All-Wheel Drive Clutch Pump -V181-
- Removing and Installing. Refer to All-Wheel Drive Clutch Pump -V181-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
O-Ring
- Replace if damaged
- For All-Wheel Drive Clutch Pump -V181-
- Coat the O-rings with front axle differential lock fluid
Differential Locks Control Module -J647-
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Differential Locks Control Module -J647-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolts
- 9 Nm
Ball Bearing
- For the flange shaft in front axle differential lock
- Replacing with front axle differential lock removed. Refer to FLANGE SHAFT BALL BEARING, REPLACING
Circlip
- For ball bearing
Seal
- Replace after removing
- For the flange shaft
- Replacing with front axle differential lock installed. Refer to RIGHT SEAL ON RIGHT FLANGE SHAFT, REPLACING, FWD WITH FRONT AXLE DIFFERENTIAL LOCK
Flange Shaft
- Removing and installing
Circlip
- For the flange shaft in front axle differential lock
- Replace after removing the flange shaft
Bolt
- With an M8 threaded pin
- 40 Nm
Bolt
- With an M8 threaded pin
- 40 Nm
Fluid Drain Plug
- Replace after removing
- With an O-ring
- Coat the O-ring with front axle differential lock fluid
  Allocate the front axle differential lock fluid. Refer to the appropriate service information.
- 15 Nm
Fluid Filler Plug
- Replace after removing
- With an O-ring
- Coat the O-ring with front axle differential lock fluid
  Allocate the front axle differential lock fluid. Refer to the appropriate service information.
- 15 Nm
