A/C Compressor
- There are different versions. Refer to the Parts Information.
- Removing and Installing. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Removing and installing from the bracket. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING ON BRACKET .
Seal
- Replace after removing
- There are different versions. Refer to the Parts Information.
- Coat with refrigerant oil before installing.
High Pressure Side Refrigerant Line
Bolts
- 22 Nm
- Quantity: 2
Low Pressure Side Refrigerant Line
Seal
- Replace after removing
- There are different versions. Refer to the Parts Information.
- Coat with refrigerant oil before installing.
Pressure Relief Valve
- Check using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester. Refer to PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE ON A/C COMPRESSOR, CHECKING .
A/C Compressor Regulator Valve -N280-
- Replace after removing
- Checking with the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester
- Removing and Installing. Refer to A/C Compressor Regulator Valve -N280-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolts
- 25 Nm
- Quantity: 3
Belt Pulley with Overload Protection
- There are different versions. Refer to the Parts Information.
- Overview. Refer to OVERVIEW - BELT PULLEY .
Alignment Sleeves
- Quantity: 2
Oil Drain Plug
- 15 Nm
- Replace the oil drain plug/seal after removal
- Only remove on an empty refrigerant circuit.
