Windshield
- Removing and installing. Refer to WINDSHIELD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
PUR Adhesive Sealant
- Bead diameter: -Width b- = 7 mm, -Height a- = 10 mm (including the pre-coating, residual material on the window and the window flange)
- Minimum Curing Time. Refer to MINIMUM CURING TIMES FOR BONDED WINDOWS .
Body Flange
- Paint damage, repairing if damaged. Refer to BODY FLANGE, PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION .
Gap Dimension
- Must be the same on the left and right sides.
Gap Dimension
- Must be even
Spacer
- Insert when attaching the windshield during the minimum curing time in direction of -arrow-
- Remove when installing the plenum chamber cover
- Quantity: 2 : 443 845 631 A
Retainer
- Is a component of the windshield
Plenum Chamber Cover
- May only be pulled out of the retainer by hand.
- Removing and installing. Refer to PLENUM CHAMBER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
