Transmission Housing
- Adjustment Overview. Refer to ADJUSTMENT OVERVIEW .
- Note the different housing versions. Refer to Differentiation of Output Shaft Bearings .
Fluid Filler Plug
- 35 Nm
- The transmission fluid level cannot be checked by removing the filler plug.
Shim
- For the input shaft
- Adjustment Overview. Refer to ADJUSTMENT OVERVIEW .
Outer Race/Tapered Roller Bearing
- For the input shaft
- Removing and installing. Refer to BEARING/INPUT SHAFT IN TRANSMISSION HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- When replacing: adjust the input shaft. Refer to INPUT SHAFT, ADJUSTING .
Roller Sleeve
- For the output shaft
- Removing and installing. Refer to BEARING/OUTPUT SHAFT IN TRANSMISSION HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Note the different bearing versions. Refer to Differentiation of Output Shaft Bearings .
Fluid Catch Tray
- Install the fluid catch tray in the transmission housing. Refer to Figure.
Outer Race/Tapered Roller Bearing
- For the differential
- Removing and installing. Refer to BEARING/DIFFERENTIAL IN TRANSMISSION HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- When replacing, adjust the differential. Refer to DIFFERENTIAL, ADJUSTING .
Shim
- For the differential
- Adjustment Overview. Refer to ADJUSTMENT OVERVIEW .
Seal
- For the left flange shaft
- Replacing. Refer to LEFT SEAL, REPLACING .
