Cell Phone Operating Electronics Control Module -J412-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, UMI CONTROL MODULE IN CENTER CONSOLE: Removing

-- Switch off the ignition and all electrical equipment and remove the ignition key.

-- Disconnect any devices connected to the Cell Phone Operating Electronics Control Module -J412-.

-- If equipped. remove the rear center console trim. Refer to CENTER CONSOLE .

-- If equipped, remove the rear center console trim bracket. Refer to CENTER CONSOLE .

-- If equipped, remove the rear air duct. Refer to A/C COMPRESSOR .

-- Release the retainers -2- on the bracket for the Cell Phone Operating Electronics Control Module -J412- -1-.

-- Pull the Cell Phone Operating Electronics Control Module -J412- -1- upward out of the center console with the bracket and trim in direction of -arrow- until the connector is accessible.

-- Release and disconnect the connector from the Cell Phone Operating Electronics Control Module -J412-.

-- Remove the screws -1-.

-- Remove the Cell Phone Operating Electronics Control Module -J412- -4- from the bracket -3- in the direction of -arrow B-.
