USB Distributor -R293-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

-- Remove the Infotainment system display. Refer to INFOTAINMENT SYSTEM DISPLAY, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

NOTE:

For clarity the instrument panel is not sown in the illustration. It is not necessary to remove the instrument panel in order to remove the USB Distributor -R293-.

-- Pivot out the USB Distributor -R293- -1- in the direction of the -arrow- from the bracket -3-.

-- Unclip the wiring harness from the bracket -2-.

-- Release and disconnect the connectors -2-.

-- Remove the USB Distributor -R293- -1-.

NOTE:

When the bracket -3- for the USB Distributor -R293- -1- must be removed then the instrument panel must be removed beforehand. Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL / DRIVER SIDE INSTRUMENT PANEL COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolt -4-.

-- Unclip the bracket -3- from the instrument panel crossmember.
