Front Axle Differential Lock Pump, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in the reverse order of removal while noting the following:

-- Replace the O-rings -1- and -2- if necessary and coat with a thin layer of Front Axle Differential Lock Fluid.

-- Push in the All Wheel Drive Clutch Pump -V181- -2- all the way. Note the routing of the wiring harness when doing this.

-- Tighten the bolts -1-.

-- Connect the connector -arrow- for the All Wheel Drive Clutch Pump -V181- on the Differential Locks Control Module -J647-.

-- Check the Front Axle Differential Lock Fluid and fill if necessary. Refer to OIL LEVEL, CHECKING .

-- Check function. Refer to FUNCTION, CHECKING .
