Catalytic Converter, Removing And Installing: Installing

-- Slide the screwdriver -2- into the groove -arrow- on the turbocharger and pry out the seal -1- and replace.

-- Mount the catalytic converter on the turbocharger and install the screw-type clamp loosely.

-- Tighten the nuts and screw-type clamp. Refer to Figure.

-- At the same time, pay attention to the installation position of the screw-type clamp. Refer to Figure.

-- If equipped, install the front axle differential lock. Refer to the appropriate Service Information .

-- Install the exhaust system without tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .

Further assembly is performed in the reverse order of the removal.
