Lock Cylinder, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the lock cylinder cap. Refer to DOOR HANDLE CAP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Pry out the cover -5-.
-- Remove the door handle -2- all the way.
-- Remove the bolt -4- all the way.
-- Push in the bolt -4- with the locking mechanism -6- in direction of -arrow a-. Only then is the lock cylinder released.
-- Remove the lock cylinder housing -1- from the mounting bracket -3- at a right angle in direction of -arrow b- to the door.
