Left And Right Rear Bass Speaker -R15- / -R17-, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Turn off the ignition and all electrical equipment.

-- Move the ignition key outside of the vehicle to prevent the ignition from switching on unintentionally.

-- Remove the left rear door trim panel. Refer to REAR DOOR TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Release and remove the connector -1- on the Left Rear Bass Speaker -R15- in the direction of the -arrow-.

-- Drill out the pop rivets -1- using a :VAS5134 and a suitable spiral bit.

-- Remove the Left Rear Bass Speaker -R15- from the inner door panel.

CAUTION:

Always remove any shavings resulting from the drilling from the door, otherwise they may cause corrosion damage later.

If the paint on the door frame gets damaged during drilling, touch-up immediately.
