Information Electronics Control Module 1 -J794-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

-- Turn off the ignition and all electrical equipment.

-- Move the ignition key outside of the vehicle to prevent the ignition from switching on unintentionally.

-- Open the glove compartment.

-- Remove any data storage device still in the Information Electronics Control Module 1 -J794-.

-- Insert the two clips from the :T10057 into the slits in the Information Electronics Control Module 1 -J794- -1- until they lock into place.

The points at the grip eyelets of the :T10057 must face outward.

-- Remove the Information Electronics Control Module 1 -J794- -1- from the glove compartment at the :T10057 grip eyes.

-- Release and disconnect the connectors from the Information Electronics Control Module 1 -J794- -1-.

Equipment Levels with MOST Bus

-- Insert the :VAS6223/9 -1- onto the MOST Bus connector -2-.

-- Press the locking tabs on the Information Electronics Control Module 1 -J794- and remove the :T10057 .
