Front Axle Differential Lock
- Removing. Refer to FRONT AXLE DIFFERENTIAL LOCK, REMOVING .
- Installing. Refer to FRONT AXLE DIFFERENTIAL LOCK, INSTALLING .
Seal
- For the flange shaft in front axle differential lock
- Replacing with front axle differential lock removed. Refer to RIGHT FLANGE SHAFT SEAL IN FRONT AXLE DIFFERENTIAL LOCK, REPLACING
Support Washer
- No replacement part
Seal
- Between the front axle differential lock and the transmission
- Replacing with front axle differential lock removed. Refer to SEAL BETWEEN FRONT AXLE DIFFERENTIAL LOCK AND TRANSMISSION, REPLACING ON FRONT AXLE DIFFERENTIAL LOCK
Bolt
- 9 Nm
- Quantity: 2
Operating Speed Throttle Actuator -V181-
- Removing and Installing. Refer to FRONT AXLE DIFFERENTIAL LOCK PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
O-Ring
- Replace after removing
Differential Locks Control Module -J647-
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Differential Locks Control Module -J647-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolt
- 9 Nm
- Quantity: 2
Ball Bearing
- For the flange shaft in front axle differential lock
- Replacing with front axle differential lock removed. Refer to FLANGE SHAFT BALL BEARING, REPLACING
Circlip
- For ball bearing
Seal
- For the flange shaft
- Replacing with front axle differential lock installed. Refer to RIGHT SEAL ON OUTER FRONT AXLE DIFFERENTIAL LOCK, REPLACING
Flange Shaft
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Figure.
Circlip
- Replace after removing the flange shaft
- For the flange shaft in front axle differential lock
Bolt
- 40 Nm
- With an M8 threaded pin
Bolt
- 40 Nm
- With an M8 threaded pin
Fluid Drain Plug
- 15 Nm
- Replace after removing
- With an O-ring
- Coat the O-ring with Front Axle Differential Lock Fluid
Fluid Filler Plug
- Replace after removing
- With an O-ring
- Coat the O-ring with Front Axle Differential Lock Fluid
- 15 Nm
