Adhesive Surfaces

• The adhesive surfaces must be dry and free of adhesive residue, dust, grease, and other contaminants.

Adhesive tape:

• The temperature of the work station, the vehicle and the components must be the same and adjusted to the processing temperature.
• The processing temperature is in between 20 °C (68 °F) and 35 °C (95 °F).
• Adhere to the cleaning solution flash-off time before installation.
• Press on the component/adhesive tape to the entire adhesive surface firmly.
• The processing temperature must be kept for 30 minutes after pressing on the components.
• After installing, pull on the components by hand to check for a secure fit
