Mounting Bracket, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the Driver Door Lock Unit -VX21- /Front Passenger Door Lock Unit -VX22-. Refer to DRIVER/FRONT PASSENGER DOOR LOCK UNIT VX21/VX22, REMOVING AND INSTALLING  .

-- Remove the Driver Exterior Door Handle -EX6- /Front Passenger Exterior Door Handle -EX7-. Refer to DRIVER/FRONT PASSENGER EXTERIOR DOOR HANDLE EX6/EX7, REMOVING AND INSTALLING  .

-- Remove the wire from the guides -2-.

-- Push the mounting bracket -3- all the way in the -direction of the arrow A- and remove it in the -direction of the arrow B-.

-- Pivot the release cable -4- in the -direction of arrow A-.

-- Disengage the release cable -4- in the -direction of the arrow B-.
