A/C Service Station:VAS6007A (or succeeding model)
Socket - Torx T50:T10470

NOTE:

The previously used service stations can still be used. Refer to the VAG workshop equipment Information.

All open refrigerant circuit components must be sealed with suitable plugs to prevent any humidity from entering them.

Under certain conditions, the desiccant bag no longer needs to be replaced each time the refrigerant circuit is opened on A/C systems with refrigerant R134a. Refer to COMPONENTS, REPLACING R134a .

For A/C systems with refrigerant R1234yf, the desiccant bag/dryer cartridge must be replaced each time the refrigerant circuit is opened. Refer to COMPONENTS, REPLACING 1234YF .
