MULTIFUNCTION Transmission Range Switch, Adjusting

Special tools and workshop equipment required 

-- Move the selector lever into "N".

-- Do not bend the selector lever cable.

Adjustment Requirements:

Adjusting

-- Place the :T10173  on the selector shaft -2- and turn the Multifunction Transmission Range Switch -F125- -1- until the :T10173  locks onto the connector tab on the Multifunction Transmission Range Switch -F125-.

NOTE:

If the connector tab cannot engage into the :T10173  groove, then the transmission is no longer in "N". If this is the case, shift the transmission into "N" using the :T10173  .

-- Secure the :T10173  on the selector shaft -2- with the bolt -3-.

-- Tighten the bolts -arrows- to the tightening specification.

-- Remove the :T10173  .

-- Further installation is performed in reverse order of removal. Refer to , Installing .
