Left And Right Rear Bass Speaker -R15- / -R17-, Removing And Installing, 2-Door Vehicles: Removing

-- Turn off the ignition and all electrical equipment.

-- Move the ignition key outside of the vehicle to prevent the ignition from switching on unintentionally.

-- Remove the left side trim panel. Refer to SIDE TRIM PANEL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Release the connector locking mechanism on the Left Rear Bass Speaker -R15- in the direction of -arrow-.

-- Remove the connector -1-.

-- Remove the rivets -1- with the : VAS6267A and a suitable spiral bit.

-- Remove the Left Rear Bass Speaker -R15- from the sidewall.

CAUTION:

Always remove any shavings resulting from the drilling from the door, otherwise they may cause corrosion damage later.

If the paint on the door frame gets damaged during drilling, touch-up immediately.
