System Overview - Refrigerant Circuit

NOTE:
For A/C systems with refrigerant R1234yf, the desiccant bag/dryer cartridge must be replaced each time the refrigerant circuit is opened. Refer to COMPONENTS, REPLACING .

- Low Pressure Side Service Connection
- Cap: 0.4 ± 0.1 Nm
- Valve: 2 ± 0.2 Nm
- Removing and installing. Refer to EVACUATING AND CHARGING VALVE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, LOW AND HIGH PRESSURE SIDE .
- Refrigerant Line
- A/C Compressor/Expansion Valve
- Refrigerant Lines Coupling Rod
- 22 Nm
- Refrigerant Line
- To the rear heater and A/C unit - low pressure
- High Pressure Side Service Connection
- Cap: 0.4 ± 0.1 Nm
- Valve: 2 ± 0.2 Nm
- Removing and installing. Refer to EVACUATING AND CHARGING VALVE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, LOW AND HIGH PRESSURE SIDE .
- Refrigerant Lines Coupling Rod
- 8 Nm
- Expansion Valve

- Refrigerant Line
- To the rear heater and A/C unit - high pressure
- Bolts
- 8 Nm
