-- Remove the lock cylinder cap. Refer to DOOR HANDLE CAP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the cover -4 and 6-.

-- Remove the door handle -2- all the way.

-- Remove the bolt -5-.

-- Remove the bolt -7- all the way.

-- Push the bolt -7- -arrow a- so that the locking mechanism -8- can release the lock cylinder.

-- Push in the bolt -5- with the locking mechanism -8- -arrow a-. Only then is the lock cylinder released.

-- Remove the lock cylinder housing -1- from the mounting bracket -3- at a right angle -arrow b- to the door.
