Glass Panel Mechanism, Cleaning And Lubricating

-- Close the glass panel enough so that the wind deflector is still completely in position.

-- Remove the grease and dirt residue on the glass panel mechanism with a lint-free cloth.

-- Apply lubricant on the glass panel mechanism mount carrier on the friction surfaces from the outside -arrows-.

-- Open the glass panel all the way.

-- Apply lubricant on the glass panel mechanism mount carrier on the friction surface, from the inside or from the outside -arrow-.

-- Wipe away any excess lubricant on the glass panel mechanism mount carrier and adjusting lever using a lint-free cloth.

-- Repeat the procedure on the other side of the vehicle.
