Door Alignment - Front

Inspection
- 1.
Check front door to body dimensions. Refer to Body Repairs

Front door in and out, up and down alignment
- 3.
Loosen the bolts 2 turns to permit movement of the door.- To install, tighten the bolts to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft).
- 4.
Adjust the door to specification. Refer to Body Repairs .
Front door fore, aft and tilt alignment
- 5.
Loosen the upper bolts 2 turns to permit movement of the door.- To install, tighten the bolts to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft).
- 6.
Loosen the lower bolts 2 turns to permit movement of the door.- To install, tighten the bolts to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft).
- 7.
Adjust the door to specification. Refer to Body Repairs .
All alignments
- 8.
Loosen the bolts enough to permit movement of the striker assembly.- To install, tighten the bolts to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).

Check body to front door dimensions. Refer to Body Repairs
