Radiator, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

-- Install the ATF lines, refer to ATF CIRCUIT .

-- Install the air duct on the air filter housing intermediate flange, refer to OVERVIEW - AIR FILTER HOUSING .

-- Install the front impact member, refer to OVERVIEW - IMPACT MEMBER .

-- Install the bumper and the front bumper cover, refer to OVERVIEW - BUMPER COVER .

-- Connect the coolant hose to the coupling, refer to Figure.

-- Fill with coolant, refer to FILLING .

NOTE:

All of the coolant must be changed if the radiator was replaced.

-- Check the ATF level, refer to ATF LEVEL, CHECKING .

-- Install the noise insulation, refer to OVERVIEW - NOISE INSULATION .
