The voice recognition system is part of the Information Electronics Control Module 1 -J794- (MMI) inside the instrument panel. It cannot be replaced alone.
If it is faulty, then the Information Electronics Control Module 1 -J794- must be replaced.
NOTE:
If replacing the control module, select the "Replace Control Module " function see Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
-- Turn off the ignition and all electrical consumers and remove the ignition key.
