Electronic Steering Column Lock Control Module -J764-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing

-- Remove the steering column. Refer to STEERING COLUMN, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolt -arrow-.

-- Slightly lift the Electronic Steering Column Lock Control Module -J764- -1- and remove it from the steering column.

WARNING:

After removal of the control module, make sure no dirt or foreign objects enter the steering column.
