Charging Socket(S), Checking For Contamination And Damage

The charging socket is located on the left front side of the vehicle near the wheel housing. There may also be a second charging socket on the right front side of the vehicle.
Requirements:
- Ignition must be switched off.
Procedure:
-- Open the charging unit cover.
-- Check the light on the charging socket.
-- Check socket(s) -arrow- for:
- Debris/traces of powder
- Damage/deformation
- Secure fit on the body
-- Clean the charging socket if necessary.
-- Replace any damaged components.
