Overview - Navigation System

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2016 Volkswagen e-Golf and 2015 Volkswagen e-Golf. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

The navigation system is available on vehicles with Discover Media and Discover Pro with navigation.

The navigation function is integrated in the Information Electronics Control Module 1 - J794-.

The navigation data on the Discover Media equipment level is saved on a SD card.

The navigation data on the Discover Pro equipment level is saved on an internal hard drive.

Fault finding is performed via Guided Fault Finding  on the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
