Control Module for Emergency Call Module and Communication Unit -J949-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, EGOLF AND GTE: Removing

-- Bring the Control Module for Emergency Call Module and Communication Unit -J949- into the service mode. Vehicle Diagnostic Tester
-- Remove the instrument cluster. Refer to Instrument Cluster KX2, Removing and Installing .
-- Loosen the fastener -3- and remove the bracket together with the control module -2-.
-- Release and disconnect the connectors from the Control Module for Emergency Call Module and Communication Unit -J949-.
-- Press the locking hooks -2- and remove the Control Module for Emergency Call Module and Communication Unit -J949- from the bracket -3-.
