Delivery Module, Removing And Installing: Installing

-- Place the seal -item ) Seal in the reducing agent tank opening.

-- Insert the delivery module into the reducing agent tank according to the markings -A-. The markings -A- must align with inserting the module.

-- Carefully reach into the delivery module chamber and rotate it clockwise to secure it. The markings -B- will align when it is installed correctly.

-- Coat the sealing base on the cover with water and carefully press it into the seal. The markings -1- must align.

-- Set the sealing ring in place and tighten it by hand.

CAUTION:

Make sure the sealing ring is not installed crooked on the reducing agent tank threads. Otherwise it will leak and result in serious corrosion damage.

-- Place the Wrench - Union Nut: T50014 on the sealing ring as illustrated and tighten the ring. Tightening specification. Refer to -item ) Locking Ring.

-- Wash any leaking reducing agent off with water.

Assemble in reverse order of disassembly.
