Vehicle Electrical System Control Module -J519-, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Turn off the ignition and all electrical consumers and remove the ignition key.

-- Remove the driver side instrument panel cover. Refer to STORAGE COMPARTMENTS, COVERS AND TRIM .

NOTE:

The number of multi-pin connectors on the Vehicle Electrical System Control Module -J519- will vary depending on the vehicle equipment level.

-- Release and disconnect the connectors depending on vehicle equipment.

-- Push the locking mechanism -arrow- downward and remove the Vehicle Electrical System Control Module -J519- -1- downward. Pay attention to the wires still connected.
