Rear Climate Control Housing: Installation

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
NOTE: Only use the specified material to lubricate the seals.

Install and lubricate new O-ring seals. Refer to SPECIFICATIONS .
Lubricate the refrigerant system with the correct amount of clean PAG oil. Refer to Refrigerant Oil Adding - Vehicles With: R1234YF Refrigerant or Refrigerant Oil Adding - Vehicles With: R134A Refrigerant .
Fill and bleed the cooling system. Refer to:COOLING SYSTEM DRAINING, VACUUM FILLING AND BLEEDING .
