-- Remove the engine cover, refer to ENGINE COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Disconnect the connector -1- from cylinder bank 1.

-- Remove the bolt -arrow- and the Camshaft Position Sensor -G40-.

-- Disconnect the connector -1- from cylinder bank 2.
