- ABS Hydraulic Unit -N55-
- Removing and Installing. Refer to ABS Control Module -J104- /ABS Hydraulic Unit -N55-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Disconnecting the ABS Hydraulic Unit -N55- from the ABS Control Module -J104-. Refer to CONTROL MODULE, SEPARATING FROM HYDRAULIC UNIT

- Removing and Installing. Refer to ABS Control Module -J104- /ABS Hydraulic Unit -N55-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Disconnecting the ABS Control Module -J104- from the ABS Hydraulic Unit -N55-. Refer to CONTROL MODULE, SEPARATING FROM HYDRAULIC UNIT .

- Quantity: 4
- Always replace if removed
- 2 Nm ± 0.8 Nm
- Brake Line
- To the left front brake caliper
- Identification: 5.25 mm diameter and tube fitting with a M10 x 1 thread
- with standard tool: 14 Nm
- with special tools VAS 6854 (Mini Torque Wrench), VAG 1410/7 (Torque Wrench - Universal Joint) and VAG 1410/6 (Open Ring Spanner Insert - AF 11mm): 12 Nm
- Brake Line
- ABS Hydraulic Unit -N55- for the brake master cylinder/primary piston circuit
- Identification: 6.5 mm diameter and tube fitting with a M12 x 1 thread
- with standard tool: 14 Nm
- with special tools VAS 6854 (Mini Torque Wrench), VAG 1410/7 (Torque Wrench - Universal Joint) and VAG 1410/6 (Open Ring Spanner Insert - AF 11mm): 12 Nm
- Brake Line
- To the right front brake caliper
- Identification: 5.25 mm diameter and tube fitting with a M12 x 1 thread
- with standard tool: 14 Nm
- with special tools VAS 6854 (Mini Torque Wrench), VAG 1410/7 (Torque Wrench - Universal Joint) and VAG 1410/6 (Open Ring Spanner Insert - AF 11mm): 12 Nm

- Identification: 6.5 mm diameter and tube fitting with a M12 x 1 thread
- with standard tool: 14 Nm

- to left rear brake caliper/brake cylinder
- Identification: 5.25 mm diameter and tube fitting with a M12 x 1 thread
- with standard tool: 14 Nm
- with special tools VAS 6854 (Mini Torque Wrench), VAG 1410/7 (Torque Wrench - Universal Joint) and VAG 1410/6 (Open Ring Spanner Insert - AF 11mm): 12 Nm
- Brake Line
- to the right rear brake caliper/brake cylinder
- Identification: 5.25 mm diameter and tube fitting with a M10 x 1 thread
- with standard tool: 14 Nm
- with special tools VAS 6854 (Mini Torque Wrench), VAG 1410/7 (Torque Wrench - Universal Joint) and VAG 1410/6 (Open Ring Spanner Insert - AF 11mm): 12 Nm
