- Injector/Combustion Chamber Seal Tool Set :T10133B
- Injector/Combustion Chamber Seal Tool Set - Sliding Hammer :T10133/3
- Injector/Combustion Chamber Seal Tool Set - Brush :T10133/4
- Injector/Combustion Chamber Seal Tool Set - Expansion Set Puller 15 :T10133/15
CAUTION:
This procedure contains mandatory replaceable parts. Refer to component overview and parts information prior to starting procedure.
Mandatory Replacement Parts
- Support Washer
- Combustion Chamber Seal
- Seal - Fuel Injector
- O-ring - Fuel Injector to Fuel Rail
NOTE:
Do not disassemble high pressure pump!
The O-ring, the support washer, the spring element and the combustion chamber seal on the fuel injector must be replaced if the fuel injector is removed. Refer to FUEL INJECTOR SEALS, REPLACING .
Vehicles from 06/2013: after installing the fuel injector the adaptation values must be erased using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester Guided Functions ; delete fuel injector adaption values .
Follow the guidelines for clean working conditions. Refer to GUIDELINES FOR CLEAN WORKING CONDITIONS .
