Front Axle Differential Lock
- Removing. Refer to OVERVIEW - FRONT AXLE DIFFERENTIAL LOCK .
- Installing. Refer to FRONT AXLE DIFFERENTIAL LOCK, INSTALLING .
Seal
- Replace after removing
- For the flange shaft in front axle differential lock.
- Replacing with front axle differential lock removed. Refer to RIGHT FLANGE SHAFT SEAL IN FRONT AXLE DIFFERENTIAL LOCK, REPLACING
Support Washer
- No replacement part
Seal
- Replace after removing
- Between the front axle differential lock and manual transmission.
- Replacing with front axle differential lock removed. Refer to SEAL BETWEEN FRONT AXLE DIFFERENTIAL LOCK AND MANUAL TRANSMISSION, REPLACING ON FRONT AXLE DIFFERENTIAL LOCK
Bolts
- 9 Nm
All Wheel Drive Clutch Pump -V181-
- Removing and installing. Refer to ALL WHEEL DRIVE CLUTCH PUMP -V181-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
O-ring
- Replace if damaged
- For All Wheel Drive Clutch Pump -V181-
- Coat the O-rings with front axle differential lock fluid
Axle Differential Lock Control Module -J647-
- Removing and installing. Refer to DIFFERENTIAL LOCKS CONTROL MODULE -J647-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolts
- 9 Nm
Ball Bearing
- For the flange shaft in front axle differential lock.
- Replacing with front axle differential lock removed. Refer to FLANGE SHAFT BALL BEARING, REPLACING .
Circlip
- For ball bearing
Seal
- Replace after removing
- For the flange shaft
- Replacing with front axle differential lock installed. Refer to RIGHT SEAL ON RIGHT FLANGE SHAFT, REPLACING, FWD WITH FRONT AXLE DIFFERENTIAL LOCK
Flange Shaft
- Removing and installing. Refer to RIGHT SEAL ON RIGHT FLANGE SHAFT, REPLACING, FWD WITH FRONT AXLE DIFFERENTIAL LOCK .
Circlip
- Replace after removing the flange shaft
- For the flange shaft in front axle differential lock
Bolt
- 40 Nm
- With an M8 threaded pin
Bolt
- 40 Nm
- With an M8 threaded pin
Oil Drain Plug
- 15 Nm
- Replace after removing
- With an O-ring
- Coat the O-ring with front axle differential lock fluid
  Allocate the front axle differential lock fluid. Refer to the Parts Information.
Oil Filler Plug
- 15 Nm
- Replace after removing
- With an O-ring
- Coat the O-ring with front axle differential lock fluid.
  Allocate the front axle differential lock fluid. Refer to the Parts Information.
