- Fuel Pump Control Module -J538-

- For Fuel Pump Control Module -J538-
- Pull on the connector to make sure it is engaged correctly and securely.
- Connector
- For Transfer Fuel Pump -G6-
- Pull on the connector to make sure it is engaged correctly and securely.
- Connector
- For Fuel Level Sensor -G- and Fuel Level Sensor 2 -G169-
- Pull on the connector to make sure it is engaged correctly and securely.
- Locking Ring
- 110 Nm
- Market-specific North American region: not installed
- Loosen and tighten using the Wrench - Fuel Sending Unit:T10202
- Sealing Flange
- Gasket
- Market-specific North American region: not installed
- Replace after removing
- Install dry
- Fuel Level Sensor 2 -G169-
- Market-specific North America region: fuel tank without a left installation opening, removing the fuel level sensor 2 is not possible
- Check electrically with the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Fuel Level Sensor 2 -G169- , REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Mount with Suction Jet Pump

- With the Transfer Fuel Pump -G6-
- With integrated fuel filter
- The fuel filter cannot be replaced separately.
- Check the fuel pump. Refer to Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
- Fill the fuel tank with at least five liters of fuel after installing.
- Removing and installing. Refer to FUEL DELIVERY UNIT/FUEL LEVEL SENSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Seal
- Replace after removing
- Install dry
- Locking Ring
- 110 Nm
- Loosen and tighten using the Wrench - Fuel Sending Unit:T10202
- Fuel Line
- To the engine
- Do not kink
- Press the release button on the connecting piece to remove from the locking flange
- Install until it clicks into place
- Press again and pull to make sure the connection is engaged correctly.
