1. Cap

   • Removing and Installing. Refer to Cap without Lock Cylinder .
2. Cap
   • With lock cylinder
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to Lock Cylinder Cap .
3. Backing Plate
4. Lock Cylinder
   • Only on the driver side
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to LOCK CYLINDER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
5. Door Handle
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to DOOR HANDLE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
6. Mounting Bracket
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to MOUNTING BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
7. Cable
   • From mounting bracket -6- to door lock -15-
8. Outer Window Shaft Seal
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to OUTER WINDOW SHAFT STRIP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
9. Door Window
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to FRONT DOOR WINDOW, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
10. Door
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to DOOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
    • Adjusting. Refer to DOOR, ADJUSTING .
11. Bolt
    • Tightening specification DOOR ARRESTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
    • Quantity: 2
12. Door Strap
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to DOOR ARRESTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
13. Speaker
    • Riveted to the door
14. Outer Covering
    • Installed depending on the market. Refer to the Parts Information for the allocation.
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to OUTER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
15. Cover
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to DOOR INNER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
16. Door Lock
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to DOOR LOCK, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
17. Bolt
    • Tightening specification OVERVIEW - DOOR HANDLE AND DOOR LOCK .
    • Quantity: 2
18. Inner Window Shaft Seal
    • A part with outer door seal
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to OUTER DOOR SEAL, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

1. Foam Piece
   • Clipped to the door
2. Caps
   • There are different versions. Refer to the Parts Information for the allocation.
3. Sticker
   • Use commercially available duct tape if needed
4. Insulation
   • Self-adhesive
   • Installing:

     -- Cut to size if necessary, 250 mm x 160 mm

     -- Warm using the Wiring Harness Repair Set - Hot Air Blower: VAS1978/14A  and then press firmly onto the outer door panel.

5. Outer Covering
   • Installed depending on the market. Refer to the Parts Information for the allocation.
6. Foam Piece
   • Installing:

     -- Cut to size if necessary, 60 mm x 30 mm
