Transmission Fluid Cooler, Removing And Installing: Installing

-- Replace the O-rings -C- from the transmission fluid cooler -B-.

-- Mount the transmission fluid cooler -B-, while doing this, pay attention to the O-rings -C-.

-- Install new bolts -A- and tighten to the tightening specification.

-- Attach the coolant hoses to the transmission fluid cooler and remove the : 3094  .

-- Install the battery and the battery tray. Refer to BATTERY TRAY, REMOVING AND INSTALLING and BATTERY, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the air filter housing:

-- Check the coolant level and add if necessary. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .

-- After repairing, check the transmission fluid level and fill. Refer to TRANSMISSION FLUID LEVEL, CHECKING .

CAUTION:

Do not start engine during coolant level test if the transmission fluid has not been filled yet.
