Cooling System Safety Precautions
WARNING:
There is a risk of burns from hot coolant.
The coolant system is under pressure when the engine is warm. Risk of burning due to hot steam and hot coolant.
Wear safety gloves.
Wear protective eyewear.
Reduce the pressure: cover the coolant reservoir cap with a cloth and carefully open.
