Operating switch on multi-function steering wheel, removing and installing

Removing

Remove driver's side airbag unit.

Refer to 69 - PASSENGER PROTECTION - AIRBAGS, SEAT BELTS

Remove bolts -3-.
Unplug the connector -4-.
Slide operating switch -1- out of airbag unit -2- toward front.

Installing

Installation is the reverse of removal, paying attention to the following:

NOTE: When installing, make sure the connecting wires of connector -4- are reinserted into the guides.

Tighten bolts -3- of operating switch to 1.1 Nm.
