1. Reducing Agent Tank
   • Active Tank
   • Removing and installing. Refer to REDUCING AGENT ACTIVE TANK, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
2. Seal
   • Always replace
   • Install dry
   • Must not be twisted on itself
3. Wiring Harness
4. Delivery Module
   • With
     • Filter
     • Reducing Agent Pump -V437-
     • Reducing Agent Metering System Pressure Sensor -G686-
     • Reducing Agent Reservoir Sensor -G697-
     • Reducing Agent Tank Heater (Heating Circuit 1) -Z102-
   • Delivery module, removing and installing. Refer to REDUCING AGENT DELIVERY MODULE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITH ENGINE CODE CPNB .
   • Do not bend the heat mats when installing them
5. Bolt
   • Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 2.
   • Position the bolt by hand and tighten it until it finds the old threads. Then tighten the bolt to the specification.
   • Self-tapping
6. Locking Ring
7. O-Ring
   • Always replace
8. Metering Line
   • To Reducing Agent Injector -N474-
   • With Reducing Agent Ventilation Line Heater -Z104-
   • To disconnect, press release buttons
   • Clipped in on fuel tank
     WARNING:

     Danger due to reducing agent leaking out.

     • To prevent large amounts of reducing agent when opening the metering line, wait for the recirculation process to complete. Refer to Reducing Agent, Automatic Regeneration .

-- Tighten the screws to 2.4 Nm in the sequence shown.
