Engine And Engine Compartment Components, Visually Inspecting For Leaks And Damage (From Above And Below)

Perform The Visual Inspection As Follows: 

-- If necessary, remove the lower engine cover. Refer to LOWER ENGINE COVER (NOISE INSULATION), REMOVING AND INSTALLING 

Perform The Visual Inspection As Follows: 

-- Check engine and components in engine compartment for leaks and damage.

-- Check the lines, hoses and connections on the following systems:

Check For Leaks, Chafing, Porosity, Cracks, Correct Positioning And Attachment In The Brackets.

NOTE:

Make Sure The All Malfunctions Detected Are Corrected Within A Repair Procedure.

Determine The Cause Of Fluid Loss, Which Cannot Be Attributed To Normal Use And Repair.
