Health/Hazard And Cleaning

WARNING:
  • AdBlue® /DEF is an irritant and corrosive fluid that can injure the skin, eyes or respiratory system upon contact.
  • If AdBlue® /DEF has come into contact with the eyes or skin, wash it off immediately with water for at least 15 minutes and see a doctor.
  • If this fluid contacts the skin, wash skin immediately with plenty of water.
  • If AdBlue® /DEF was ingested, immediately wash mouth with water for at least 15 minutes. Do not induce vomiting unless directed to do so by medical personnel. Seek medical help immediately.
CAUTION:

Do not allow reducing agent (AdBlue® /DEF) to come into contact with clothing or the vehicle at any time.

Should this happen, wash the reducing agent (AdBlue® /DEF) immediately with plenty of clean water and a lint-free cotton cloth.

If the reducing agent (AdBlue® /DEF) has already formed crystals, use warm water and a sponge.

Any AdBlue that is not wiped off will crystallize after a short time and will damage surfaces.
