In Many European Countries, Installing And Using A Trip Recorder Is Mandatory In Vehicles (Including Passenger Vehicles) That Are Used To Transport Goods Commercially And Whose Permitted Combined Weight Including Trailer Or Semitrailer Exceeds 3.5 Tons. It Does Not Matter If Both The Towing Vehicle And The Trailer Or Only One Of The Two Is Used For Commercial Transport Of Goods.
