Engine, Supporting In Installed Position

Special tools and workshop equipment required 

-- Push the :T40091/3  and :10-222A/10  onto the square pipe of the :10-222A  .

-- Mount the :10-222A/29  onto the square pipe.

-- >>Flip up<< the right and left plenum chamber cover.

-- Position the engine support bridge as illustrated.

CAUTION:

Do not mount the engine support bridge on the metal tabs -arrow-.

-- Push the :T40093/4  and :10-222A/28  onto the :T40091/1  .

-- Place the :10-222A/28  on the longitudinal member and slide the :T40091/1  into the :T40091/3  .

-- Repeat the procedure on the other side of the vehicle.

-- Slide the :T40091/2  through the :T40093/4  on one side.

-- Slide the :T40093/5  onto the :T40091/2  and then the rail with holes into the moveable joint on the other side.

-- Install the locking pin and secure it with a splint.

-- Tighten all threaded connections on the engine support bridge hand-tight.

-- Attach the hooks on the spindle to the lifting eyes on the engine and hold the engine in its installed position.
