2013-2015 Jetta Hybrid-Fuel tank will not fill, pump clicks, possible DTC P04B5
This concern can be the result of the N115 Fuel Tank Pressure Control Valve sticking when the fuel door is opened. Disconnect the line from the EVAP canister and inspect for Fuel being present. Inspect to determine if the N115 Pressure control valve is open or if it is sticking/stuck closed. If noted, replace the N115 pressure control valve.
