Windshield
- Removing and Installing. Refer to WINDSHIELD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
PUR Adhesive Sealant
- Bead diameter: -Width b- = 7.5 mm, -Height a- = 12 mm (including the pre-coat, residual material on the window glass and the window glass flange)
- Minimum Curing Time. Refer to MINIMUM CURING TIMES FOR BONDED WINDOWS .
Body Flange
- Paint damage, repairing
Gap Dimension
- Must be the same on the left and right sides
Gap Dimension
- Must be even
Window Adjuster
Retainer
- Is a component of the windshield
Plenum Chamber Cover
- May only be pulled out of the retainer by hand.
- Removing and Installing. Refer to PLENUM CHAMBER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Adhesive Bead End
- Apply the adhesive bead joint in this area
