IPHONE® BASEPLATE: Removing

-- Turn off the ignition and all electrical consumers and remove the ignition key.

-- Remove the iPhone® bracket and iPhone® bracket adapter cable. Refer to Removal and Installation .

Removing the contact plate for iPhone® bracket

-- Remove screws -2- and pull the contact plate -3- along with the remaining adapter cable upward and out from the instrument panel -1-.
